Job Description
PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Engineer to join its Business Operations Division. This role involves constructing IT infrastructure, BPR, system implementation, and standardization, all while collaborating with various user departments. The mission is to enhance the quality and efficiency of overall operations through IT, actively incorporating methods such as in-house RPA/low-code development.
The Automation Engineer will be responsible for Selenium development in Python, creating dashboards using BI tools, and developing systems on a low-code platform. They will also manage projects related to system development within the Business Operations Division, define business requirements in cooperation with other departments, and oversee the entire process from development and release to operational establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing business systems using Outsystems
- Developing Selenium scripts using Python
- Creating SQL queries
- Creating dashboards using Sigma
Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical experience in one of the following:
- System development using low-code tools (Outsystems development experience preferred)
- Web application design and development experience
- RDB design and operation experience (ORACLE, SQLServer, MySQL, Postgres, etc.)
- Business-level Japanese language skills
