Job Description
PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their IT Service Management team. This role is within the Corporate Engineering division, which focuses on internal system development to support PayPay's growth. The IT Service Management team's mission is to provide an environment where employees can maximize their potential by providing optimal devices and a robust help desk system.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining a support system that allows employees to comfortably use devices and cloud services. They will also be involved in PC and smart device lifecycle management, asset management, and vendor control.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing efficient IT service desk operations, including metrics, operational improvements, and automation.
- Managing the lifecycle of PCs and smart devices, including purchase, replacement planning, and budget management.
- Performing asset management and inventory.
- Controlling vendors.
Requirements:
- Experience in planning, proposing, and executing internal business efficiency and automation initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a company-wide help desk.
- Experience managing, analyzing, and improving inquiries using a ticket management system.
- Experience in device kitting using MDM (Windows/AutoPilot, Mac/DEP) and improvements.
- Experience in lifecycle management of PC and mobile device purchases, replacements, disposal planning, and budget management.
- Experience in effective and smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
