This role involves developing, constructing, and operating customer management infrastructure on Salesforce platforms to support sales and customer support. The engineer will play a crucial role in standardizing sales activities and customer support processes using Salesforce products.

Role involves:
- Managing customer data on Salesforce for sales support.
- Promoting the adoption and implementation of Salesforce services.
- Developing, operating, and adding new features to Salesforce.
- Promoting business improvements using Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Experience implementing Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Development and operational experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in promoting business process improvement projects.
- Business-level Japanese language skills.
