Software Engineer (AI活用推進エンジニア)

Job Description

PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Utilization Promotion Engineer) to join its AI Utilization Promotion Office. This role involves developing AI-powered tools and applications to enhance business efficiency across the company.

The AI Utilization Promotion Office, reporting directly to the CIO, is actively involved in various automation and efficiency initiatives using AI technology. This includes developing conversational bots using PayPay's data, voice recognition, text conversion and summarization, image generation, sales assistant tools, and internal FAQ tools.

Role involves:

• Collecting AI utilization cases and creating roadmaps in collaboration with various business departments.
• Designing and developing AI applications based on user business requirements.
• Integrating and optimizing AI models into applications, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Developing secure and efficient applications using various language models, frameworks, libraries, and APIs.

Requirements:

• Development experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Knowledge and practical experience in machine learning and deep learning.
• Experience in developing with existing generative AI models.
• Basic knowledge of data processing and databases.
• Team communication and problem-solving skills.
• Business-level Japanese language skills.
