Job Description

PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 経営戦略担当 to join their team. This role is within the 経営戦略部, which is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the entire PayPay Group.

The 経営戦略担当 will play a crucial role in various projects, proposals, and strategic options for the senior management and business units of PayPay Group. The ideal candidate will be able to independently develop proposals and solutions based on abstract themes and agendas presented by the management team. They should also be proactive in identifying and presenting proposals to the management team regarding changes in the environment surrounding the PayPay Group.

Role involves:

• Driving various projects and special assignments
• Supporting the formulation and promotion of business plans on the business unit side (research, analysis, etc.)
• Operating company-wide strategic discussion bodies
• Considering and promoting important agendas related to overall company and business strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in either of the following:
• Strategic consultant at a management consulting firm (new business development, management strategy, business planning/strategy, business plan development support, etc.)
• Business planning experience at a financial institution
• Passion and strong desire for the company's business growth
• Knowledge and experience in finance (payment, banking, securities/insurance industries)
• Management thinking and organizational skills
• Business level English (TOEIC 800 or higher) is desirable
