PayPay is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their procurement team. This role involves strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and ensuring company-wide governance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Involves:
- Managing sourcing activities for the company and its group companies.
- Conducting supplier analysis and market research.
- Developing and executing procurement strategies.
- Gathering internal needs and clarifying requirements.
- Managing quote requests, negotiating terms, and handling purchase orders and contracts.
- Managing supplier relationships and fostering collaboration.
- Identifying and onboarding new suppliers.
- Collaborating with group company procurement teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of procurement experience or 3+ years of sales experience in the IT industry.
- A customer-oriented mindset focused on improving business processes.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse, international teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination skills to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in ethics, governance, and compliance.
- English skills (TOEIC 700)
