Job Description
PayPay is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their procurement team. This role involves strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and ensuring company-wide governance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Role Involves:
  • Managing sourcing activities for the company and its group companies.
  • Conducting supplier analysis and market research.
  • Developing and executing procurement strategies.
  • Gathering internal needs and clarifying requirements.
  • Managing quote requests, negotiating terms, and handling purchase orders and contracts.
  • Managing supplier relationships and fostering collaboration.
  • Identifying and onboarding new suppliers.
  • Collaborating with group company procurement teams.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of procurement experience or 3+ years of sales experience in the IT industry.
  • A customer-oriented mindset focused on improving business processes.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse, international teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong coordination skills to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in ethics, governance, and compliance.
  • English skills (TOEIC 700)
