Job Description
PayPay, a leading fintech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Tax professional to join their newly established tax planning group. This role involves handling tax investigations, group tax returns, tax effect accounting, and internal tax consultations. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax return operations and possess skills in leading accounting and tax projects, as well as a strong desire to take on new challenges.
The Tax team supports new service launches and business growth from accounting and tax perspectives. They collaborate with external advisors to address tax law inquiries.
Role Involves:
- Handling tax investigations
- Managing group tax returns and tax effect accounting
- Providing internal tax consultations
- Considering the application of research and development tax system and building business processes for application
- Handling international tax areas such as TP documentation and Pillar 2 responses
Requirements:
- Experience in tax return operations
- Knowledge of bookkeeping level 2
- Experience leading accounting and tax projects
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Ideally, a certified public accountant qualification or partial subject pass
