PayPay, a fintech company with over 69 million users in approximately 6 years since its launch in 2018, is composed of diverse members from about 50 countries and regions. They are looking for someone to join them.

The role involves contributing to the creation of a financial life platform using cashless payments in Japan. The ideal candidate will proactively identify issues, collaborate with others, and drive new value creation.

Role Involves:

  • Defining requirements for systemization.
  • Managing projects.
  • Organizing business challenges.
  • Planning for business improvements.
  • Building new operations.
  • Managing access rights.
  • Establishing rules for using internal data for accounting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in accounting.
  • Experience in system planning or business planning.
  • 経理としての実務経験
  • 会計/経理システムに関する何らかのご経験(要件定義経験があれば尚可)
  • Experience in PM/PMO for accounting or accounting department support at a consulting firm.
  • Experience in internal control development at a consulting firm or business company.
