Job Description
Smartly is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in London. This role is a hybrid position, requiring the candidate to work from the London office 3 days a week. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer accounts, providing consultative advice, and driving product adoption. They will also collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to ensure customer success.

The role involves:
  • Managing and nurturing customer accounts through day-to-day communication and online marketing expertise.
  • Identifying opportunities for increased product adoption and aligning Smartly’s product value with the customer’s wider marketing objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge of the Smartly tool and the digital ecosystem.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with customers and platform partners.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maintain the quick feedback loop between customers and product.

Smartly is looking for someone who:
  • Possesses 4+ years of relevant experience in a Customer Success or similar customer-facing function.
  • Has a good understanding of paid digital advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google and programmatic).
  • Is highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help our customers reach their goals.
  • Has a results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration.
  • Is able to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.
  • Has strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Has the ability to work in the London Smartly office for 3 days a week.
  • Is able and willing to travel for quarterly business reviews, conferences and industry events as required.
