Smartly is seeking a Global Client Lead to build strategic partnerships with customers and expand solutions. The ideal candidate will manage key global strategic accounts, offering innovative solutions in the digital marketing industry. They will build trust-based customer relationships with large advertisers, understand customer needs, and deliver value-based solutions.Smartly emphasizes putting Customers First, fostering a win-win environment for both Smartly and its clients.Role Involves:
Building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Building Joint Business Plans.
Leading strategic planning with customer decision-makers.
Working cross-functionally within Smartly.
Owning the account plan and plans for key customer initiatives.
Coordinating execution and ensuring global alignment.
Creating feedback and escalation channels.
Ensuring product roadmap alignment.
Owning revenue forecasting and target setting.
Managing pipeline and opportunities.
Requirements:
At least 10 years in ad-tech/mar-tech industries.
Experience with Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, Google, TikTok, and ad agencies is an advantage.
Ability to lead and organize a key account team.
Driven by sales and account expansion.
Excellent people skills and ability to engage with various audiences.
Strong desire to learn about the product.
Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
Open to global travel.
Ability to work in the London Smartly office for 3 days a week.
