• Supporting organizational design, team structures, and workforce planning.
• Advising managers on coaching, feedback, and leadership development.
• Implementing people strategies and programs that drive engagement and employee well-being.
• Collaborating with L&D to identify skill gaps and deliver impactful training programs.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Leveraging data insights to inform strategic HR decisions.
• Acting as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing Smartly’s values.

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role supporting global organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, influence, and partner with employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience managing employee relations and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
• The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in facilitating HR-focused training initiatives.
• The ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
