Smartly is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its globally distributed team. The HRBP will partner with leaders to develop people strategies, provide guidance on employee relations, and support organizational design. The role involves fostering a positive workplace and acting as a cultural ambassador for Smartly's values.
Role Involves:

- Providing guidance on employee relations
- Supporting organizational design and workforce planning
- Advising managers on coaching and feedback
- Implementing people strategies and programs
- Collaborating with L&D to identify skill gaps
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Leveraging data insights for HR decisions
- Acting as a cultural ambassador
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HRBP experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing employee relations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience facilitating HR training
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Fluency in English
