Job Description
Banyan Software is seeking a Treasury Administrator to join their Treasury team. Banyan Software provides a permanent home for successful enterprise software companies. The Treasury Administrator will handle administrative tasks related to cash management, banking relationships, and compliance. This role involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth bank account administration.Responsibilities:
  • Bank Account Administration: Open, close, and manage bank accounts.
  • KYC Compliance: Complete and submit KYC documentation.
  • Documentation and Record keeping: Organize and manage treasury-related documentation.
  • Support Treasury Operations: Assist with daily cash management activities.
  • Banking Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison with banking partners.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes.
  • Insurance: Support data collection for insurance renewals and track invoices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in a treasury, banking, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and banking platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and KYC/compliance requirements.
