Envoy Global is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive new business within the mid-market segment. This role involves full sales cycle management, from prospecting to closing deals, and expanding Envoy Global's market presence. The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer experience.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and prospecting mid-market customers.
- Managing the full sales cycle, including lead qualification and contract execution.
- Expanding brand awareness and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Positioning Envoy Global’s immigration solutions as essential to their people strategy.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
