JobLeads is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive global partner expansion within the job board and career development ecosystem. The Business Development Manager will identify, engage, and build strong relationships with new strategic partners to drive user growth and enhance JobLeads' offerings. This is a fully remote position within Europe, offering a flexible work environment and opportunities for professional growth.Role involves:
- Prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new partnerships.
- Identifying potential partners via LinkedIn, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, CRO, marketing, and tech teams.
- Leveraging data and insights to support pitches and strategy development.
- Using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
- Articulating product value to partners and jobseekers.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or partnerships in a digital or online business environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/partnership goals.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in negotiation and persuasive communication.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Solid time management and prioritization abilities.
