  • Define and execute the CRM & retention product strategy.

  • At least 5 years of experience in retention marketing.
  • Proven success driving user engagement with data-led CRM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of user data, segmentation, and multi-channel journey orchestration.
  • Technical mindset with experience in data structures and personalization logic.
  • Proficient in analyzing KPIs and working with complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and LLM-powered platforms.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
