Job Description
Signifyd is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer success, retention, and expansion. The role involves technology expertise, business acumen, and a passion for customer satisfaction. The Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer objectives and optimizing performance. They will collaborate with internal teams to provide an outstanding customer experience and drive continuous improvement.Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the customer lifecycle and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Advising on best practices for product usage.
  • Strengthening relationships with stakeholders.
  • Closing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Resolving account issues.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to create customer advocates.
  • Developing collateral and conducting business reviews.
  • Representing Signifyd at industry events.
Requirements include:
  • 5+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management experience.
  • Technology background.
  • Experience in e-commerce, fraud, or payments (preferred).
  • Customer management experience with large accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Located in São Paulo, Brazil (preferred).
  • Analytical and metrics-driven work style.
  • Experience with data analysis and presentation tools.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
