This role involves co-developing the team roadmap, supporting technical direction, and ensuring effective onboarding for new team members. The Engineering Manager will coach direct reports, facilitate agile methodologies, and maintain a balance between delivery speed and product quality. They will also manage the team's on-call process and participate in hands-on coding, including code reviews.
