Snyk is seeking an ambitious and high-energy Account Director to join their team in the UK/I region. This role is focused on building relationships with key decision-makers and driving impact within enterprise accounts. The Account Director will lead the full sales cycle, build trust with stakeholders, and position Snyk as a critical part of their tech strategy.Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, empowering organizations to build fast and stay secure by unleashing developer productivity and reducing business risk.   • Leading the full sales and success cycle for prospective and existing enterprise customers.
  • Building trust with key stakeholders and championing long-term customer success.
  • Partnering with senior leaders in Security and Engineering.
  • Expanding territory and closing impactful deals.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in complex, full-cycle enterprise sales in the UK/I region.
  • A proven track record selling into Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps in the enterprise segment.
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging C-level decision-makers.
  • A history of smashing quotas and leading on deals worth £1M+.
  • A strong team-first mindset.
