Job Description
Snyk is seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Account Executive to drive new business growth across the Nordics. The Account Executive will be responsible for the full outbound sales motion, from sourcing leads to closing deals, and will partner with engineering and security leaders to introduce Snyk's platform. This role offers a high-visibility opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing company.
  • Owning the full outbound sales motion: sourcing leads, building pipeline, and closing net-new business in the Nordics.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders in DevSecOps, Engineering, and Digital Transformation.
  • Leading strategic sales conversations with technical and business audiences.
  • Partnering closely with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver value at every step.
  • Feeding insights back into the business to shape our messaging, tools, and processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • A strong track record of outbound pipeline generation and new logo acquisition.
  • Experience selling a technical product - you're confident engaging with developers and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and how modern teams work.
  • A self-starter mindset with a drive to exceed targets and learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A collaborative, resilient, and feedback-driven approach to sales.
