Awin is seeking an AdOps Intern to join their Client Service team in São Paulo, Brazil. The intern will provide essential support to Account Managers on both administrative and operational levels, utilizing a ticketing system to process requests. The role involves varied tasks and offers opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Role Involves:
- Providing support to the AdOps structure and clients
- Supporting the upload of materials on the platform
- Assisting in approving and declining new publishers and performing program audits
- Executing sales validation processes
- Communicating with clients, publishers, vendors, and internal teams
- Taking a proactive approach to assigned accounts and tasks
- Performing GAP-analysis for the AdOps team
Requirements:
- Focus on process improvement and automation
- Knowledge of technologies and solid knowledge in Excel
- Intermediate or advanced English
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Focus on processes and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
