Job Description

Awin is seeking a Junior Partner Development Manager to focus on the Benelux and UK markets. This role involves proactive recruitment, onboarding, development, and revenue growth of publishers on the Awin network. The Junior Partner Development Manager will report to the Partner Development Lead and will be based in Amsterdam.

The role involves:

  • Identifying and recruiting high-value publishers within the UK/BNL client base.
  • Coordinating the launch of high-potential partners from external markets into Awin’s UK and Global client bases.
  • Creating joint-marketing plans, lead generation processes, and custom reporting solutions for strategically important publishers.
  • Engaging with BNL influencers and influencer partners to help them grow and optimize on Awin.
  • Owning the delivery of service packages and ensuring a consistent stream of opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate market.
  • Highly commercially focused and target/results-driven.
  • Effective relationship-building skills.
  • Strong and professional communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch.
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office.
