Bloomreach is seeking a Manager, Order Management & Billings to join their Accounting team. This role reports to the Director of Revenue and leads the global Order Management & Billings teams, partnering closely with Collections, Revenue Accounting, and Deal Desk teams. This is a hands-on role within the CFO organization, offering opportunities to drive process improvements and focus on public company readiness.
What this role involves:
Leading day-to-day operations of the Billing and Order Management team.
Managing month-end close and audit-related tasks.
Reviewing processed orders for accuracy and assisting with backlog.
Providing training on new SKUs and product offerings.
Establishing SLAs for order processing and managing ARR and booking metrics.
Ensuring invoicing accuracy, including VAT/Sales Tax rules and Export Compliance.
Identifying and executing opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve internal documentation.
Performing people management duties, including feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
8+ years of Billings and Order Management experience, preferably in SaaS.
Experience with process improvements and implementing internal controls.
Netsuite and Salesforce experience required.
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting guidance in accordance with US GAAP.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
