Job Description
Bloomreach is seeking an Associate Product Support Specialist to join their Engagement Support Team. This role involves providing consulting to Bloomreach Engagement users via live chat and other channels, addressing product and technical questions, marketing-related inquiries, and assisting clients in creating reports, segmentations, campaigns, and analyses. The specialist will diagnose requests, guide customers through problem-solving, and escalate complex cases to experts. They will also provide support to other consultants and work on day/night rotations.Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization. - Provide consulting to Bloomreach Engagement users
- Diagnose requests and guide customers through problem-solving
- Provide help to other consultants with advanced use-cases
- Work on rotations day/night
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly
- Advanced English language skills
- Interest in data analytics and online marketing
- Previous client-facing, support, or marketing experience
- Become an expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform
- Provide immediate problem-solving to industry professionals
- Help build relationships with clients
- Cooperate with the Product team to improve the platform
