Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to champion customer success and cultivate enduring partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers derive maximum value from Bloomreach's platform, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities. The Senior CSM will manage a diverse portfolio of customers across various industries, including retail, hospitality, subscription, and finance.Role involves:
- Acting as a customer advocate and trusted advisor.
- Partnering with customer leadership and delivery teams.
- Identifying and fostering expansion opportunities.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Providing proactive guidance and strategic recommendations.
- Driving customer retention.
- Leveraging critical thinking and customer-centric skills.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years in B2B and/or B2C SaaS in online retail/e-commerce analytics, marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of business and business trends.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, marketing and the current trends in the industry.
- Experience of leading teams and projects.
- Ability to understand and actively use analytical concepts.
- Understanding of technology around marketing cloud solutions.
- Independence, self-organization, ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
