Job Description

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Experience Strategist to collaborate with customers and internal teams, delivering thought leadership and successful service projects. The Senior Experience Strategist will educate customers on industry best practices and demonstrate how to use Bloomreach tools to achieve business value and organizational goals. This role involves becoming an expert in Bloomreach Search and Merchandising products, providing strategic and tactical recommendations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and client value.Role involves:

• Becoming an expert in Bloomreach Search and Merchandising products.
• Delivering business service engagements to ensure customer proficiency.
• Providing strategic and tactical recommendations to customers.
• Suggesting optimizations to existing business services.
• Collaborating with Customer Success, Product, Technical, and Sales teams.
• Contributing to the growth of the Professional Services organization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Commerce technologies, business consulting, or professional services.
• Deep understanding of the eCommerce space and industry thought leadership.
• Hands-on experience using third-party analytics tools.
• Comfort with A/B Testing principals and best practices.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Proven project management skills and experience with B2B SaaS.
• Natural problem solver with a proactive approach.
• BA/BSc degree.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
