Job Description

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will help clients create digital experiences through personalized websites and mobile applications using Bloomreach’s Digital Experience Platform (brXM). This role involves working on client projects, assisting with product integration, making architectural decisions, and improving the usability of the DXP platform.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will work in one of Bloomreach's Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno) or remotely within the EU.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in client-projects as a lead Bloomreach developer.
  • Assisting with the integration of products using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Validating functional discovery, scope, and solution design decisions.
  • Assessing technical risks and providing mitigation strategies.
  • Making architectural decisions and advising customers and partners.
  • Developing & improving the usability of the add-ons and plugins of the DXP platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of Developer experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on implementations with Java.
  • Experience with developing or implementing enterprise and/or cloud software.
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good grasp of both verbal and written English.
