Job Description

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Clarity product team. This role involves building the next generation of conversational shopping experiences. The Senior Product Manager will report to the Head of Product for Clarity and will be instrumental in driving new capabilities from inception to launch. Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization. They’re revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey.Responsibilities:

• Drive new Clarity capabilities and business cases from inception to launch.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and PMs to build and rapidly iterate on features and functionality.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and continually leverage that in making well-informed product decisions.
• Work with customer success teams to ensure successful feature rollout, streamline operational processes, and to gather qualitative and quantitive feedback.
• Be well informed about relevant market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and the continually evolving AI space.
• Define our ways of working, setting the standard for how features will be delivered to customers, driving adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, using data along with deep insight to inform decisions.
• Regularly report on our business outcomes and proactively share your insights with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-6+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS Product Management
• Demonstrated expertise in product-led growth principles and a successful track record of launching impactful features.
• Experience with or insight into the development of the AI-native products, and demonstrated curiosity to learn about the impact of AI technology.
• Track record of working collaboratively with highly technical teams
• Experience collaborating with global teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
