Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead channel delivery for Bloomreach Engagement, focusing on mobile messaging. This role involves managing technical partnerships with mobile messaging vendors and ensuring successful message deliverability. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for optimizing channel APIs, enhancing delivery monitoring, and developing a roadmap for new channels.

The role involves:

  • Managing relationships with existing vendors.
  • Identifying new vendors to improve cost, reliability, and deliverability.
  • Prioritizing Channel Delivery features and managing the roadmap.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the Channel API.
  • Overseeing documentation of product features.
  • Providing expertise in channels to internal teams.
  • Staying updated on messaging compliance rules.

Requirements:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management.
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with mobile messaging channels.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and message deliverability mechanics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
