Job Description

Bloomreach is seeking a Sales Development Representative to educate new markets and prospects. This role bridges the gap between sales and marketing, filling the pipeline with qualified opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will represent Bloomreach’s products and services, drive demand, and generate sales qualified leads.

This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, requiring up to 4 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Bloomreach’s products and services
  • Drive demand through telephone campaigns, emails, social media, and events
  • Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Generate sales qualified leads
  • Research organizations and create account penetration strategies
  • Educate and qualify prospects within Target Accounts
  • Address and convert inbound leads
  • Meet or exceed quarterly pipeline quota
  • Partner with account executives and channel managers
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute campaigns
  • Leverage revenue technology (Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong, Zoom Info, LinkedIn)
  • Develop and revise calling scripts and email cadences
  • Support peers to win as a team

Requirements:

  • A tenacious and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Comfort with cold calling and managing objections
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Willingness to work up to 4 days/week in the Charlotte office
  • Willingness to travel to internal and customer-facing events up to 2x per quarter
