Bloomreach is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth and successful outcomes for leading companies. This role focuses on optimizing customer investments in Bloomreach's personalization platform. The Strategic Account Manager will partner with internal teams to achieve customer results and contribute to the evolution of digital customer experience.
Role involves:
Owning relationships with key accounts.
Developing and expanding business through C-level relationships.
Ensuring contract renegotiations at renewal.
Identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Consulting with large enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of account planning and ecosystem leveraging.
Highly collaborative leadership profile with an action and outcome orientation.
Knowledge of Martech, Adtech, or Search is a plus.
Subject matter expertise in understanding IT and Marketing buyer needs.
Executive presence and communication skills.
Proven history of hitting and exceeding quota in enterprise sales.
Knowledge and use of CRM and forecasting tools.
