FourKites is seeking a Project Specialist to join their Network Growth team in Chennai. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer success through effective management of customer and carrier experiences, leveraging both relationship-building and technical skills. The Project Specialist will serve as an industry expert, collaborating with shippers, brokers, and carriers to streamline communication via the FourKites platform. They will be responsible for the seamless onboarding of carriers, employing creative problem-solving to address unique challenges and determine optimal integration strategies.

• Onboarding carriers to the FourKites platform.
• Leading carrier calls and managing follow-up tasks.
• Navigating enterprise-level software to solve technical issues.
• Providing regular updates on onboarding progress to customers.
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
• Improving operations and tracking quality through proactive account management.
• Coordinating with customers and support teams to resolve issues.
• Managing carrier dependencies to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
• Completing strategic projects and achieving OKRs and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tools.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Experience in logistics or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
