Job Description

FourKites is seeking a Project Specialist to join their Network Growth team. In this role, the individual will be instrumental in managing customer and carrier experiences through relationship building and technical expertise. The Project Specialist will become an industry expert, partnering with shippers, brokers, and carriers to unify communication on the FourKites platform. They will ensure a smooth carrier and broker onboarding process.Responsibilities include:

• Onboarding carriers to the platform and solving integration challenges.
• Leading carrier calls and managing follow-up tasks.
• Navigating enterprise-level software to solve technical and operational problems.
• Understanding business objectives to execute carrier onboarding and compliance goals.
• Providing regular updates to customers on onboarding and compliance progress.
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and updating internal documentation.
• Identifying and implementing best practices for utilizing visibility data.
• Engaging carriers to improve operations and tracking quality.
• Monitoring data and collaborating to resolve issues.
• Coordinating with support teams to prioritize issue resolution.
• Managing carrier dependencies to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve the product.
• Completing strategic projects and contributing to company OKRs.
• Providing product feedback and serving as a subject matter expert.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Experience in logistics or SaaS is a plus.
