Too Good To Go is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their Melbourne office. This role is pivotal in growing Too Good To Go Australia and combating food waste by developing partnerships with retailers in the food and beverage industry. The Key Account Manager will ensure head offices and stores receive full support to save food from waste and celebrate successes.This is a new role, offering a significant opportunity to shape the company's growth and enhance support for food waste-fighting partners.Role involves:
Developing strategies to grow accounts and increase store coverage.
Managing a portfolio of key chains and ensuring strong relationships and KPI achievement.
Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, coordinating internal resources for projects and campaigns.
Independently researching new opportunities and understanding stakeholder decision-making processes.
Representing Too Good To Go at trade fairs and events.
Analyzing data and creating reports for internal and external use.
Developing and implementing tailored growth strategies.
Requirements:
Strong account management experience with a track record of building relationships and driving business growth.
Solid commercial experience, ideally in the food business sector.
Excellent communication skills.
Data analysis and MS Excel proficiency.
Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
Passion for the mission of raising awareness of food waste and sustainability.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Negotiation skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
