Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team in Berlin. This role focuses on acquiring new partner companies in the supermarket sector and maintaining relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will be passionate about reducing food waste and possess strong sales and analytical skills.

Role involves:
  • Convincing new partner companies to adopt Too Good To Go solutions.
  • Collaborating with companies in the food retail sector.
  • Presenting the Too Good To Go concept through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Analyzing organizational structures and franchise models in food retail.
  • Creating stakeholder mappings and researching relevant contacts.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Serving as a primary contact for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing and developing key accounts in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
  • Creating and managing relevant reports for internal and external use.

Requirements:
  • Extensive B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in the food retail sector.
  • High self-motivation and strong negotiation skills.
  • Structured and self-organized with flexibility.
  • Analytical skills and understanding of sales tools (Excel, Looker, Salesforce).
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Identification with Too Good To Go's mission and values.
