Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Berlin. This role focuses on acquiring new partners for the Too Good To Go app, contributing to the company's mission of reducing food waste. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential partners and expanding the network of businesses offering surplus food at discounted prices.

Role involves:
  • Acquiring new potential partners for the app via telesales.
  • Introducing new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and app usage.
  • Providing initial support to new partners to ensure successful food waste reduction.
  • Maintaining activities in Salesforce CRM and tracking sales goals.
  • Collaborating with the sales team.

Requirements:
  • Sales experience.
  • Enthusiasm for phone-based engagement.
  • Authentic, open, and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contacts and handle rejections.
  • Self-motivation, structure, and affinity for numbers.
  • Experience in pipeline management (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2) skills.
