Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Partner Growth Specialist to join their team in Zürich. This role focuses on supporting independent partners and optimizing their engagement with the Too Good To Go platform. The Partner Growth Specialist will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 1500 businesses across Switzerland, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the partnership. They will analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and potential issues, offering solutions to enhance partner relationships and reduce food waste.

Role involves:
  • Analyzing partner performance and benchmarks to identify upselling potential.
  • Proactively contacting partners via telephone to discuss opportunities.
  • Developing innovative campaigns and projects to support partner businesses.
  • Maintaining communication with partners to address their needs and concerns.
  • Sharing best practices and insights with international colleagues.
  • Creating and editing templates, campaigns, and guidelines for partner businesses.

Requirements:
  • Experience in partner/account management or a related field.
  • Ideally, experience in sales/upselling.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, especially via telephone.
  • Solution-oriented, innovative, and data-driven approach.
  • Team player with structured work habits and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Growth-minded with a desire to improve efficiency.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
  • Swiss German, French, or Italian is a plus.
