Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. Too Good To Go's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. The company connects businesses with surplus food to consumers through a marketplace app. They are a certified B Corporation that creates educational tools, explores new business solutions, and influences legislation to help reduce food waste.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for building connections and growing the Too Good To Go community by signing up cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, and other independent food retailers. This role requires being based in Warsaw and working from the office 3 days per week.

Role Involves:
  • Mix of inside and outside sales
  • Owning the whole sales process and onboarding partners
  • Managing new partners’ performance
  • Communicating with restaurants and food businesses
  • Researching accounts and generating interest
  • Finding creative ways to reach potential partners
  • Seeking ambassadors among partners

Requirements:
  • Experience pitching and closing opportunities
  • First-class communication skills
  • Resilience and motivation
  • Genuine motivation to contribute to the mission
  • High energy and self-motivation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Fluency in Polish (C2) and B2 level of English
  • Experience managing sales pipeline
