Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Paris to contribute to their mission of reducing food waste. The company operates in 19 countries and has saved over 80 million meals in France alone. This role involves developing relationships with merchants and convincing them to join the Too Good To Go platform.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Acquisition: Develop a strong network of independent and franchised merchants through telephone prospecting.
- Use your best arguments and negotiation skills to present the benefits of our solution and convince merchants to join our movement against food waste.
- Account Management: Provide regular follow-ups with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and engagement during their first month on the app.
- Support merchants in using our platform, ensuring they fully understand the app and integrate food waste reduction into their daily operations.
Requirements:
- You believe in what the Too Good To Go app can offer merchants.
- You are comfortable on the phone and have a natural ease in conversations.
- Ideally, you have some experience in sales prospecting.
- You love taking on challenges and demonstrate perseverance.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are empathetic and a good listener.
- Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Chinese) is a plus.
