Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Switzerland. The company's mission is to inspire and empower people to save food from waste. They connect businesses with users through an app, allowing them to purchase surplus food at a discounted price. Too Good To Go is a certified B-Corp committed to human, economic, and social sustainability.
The role involves:
- Acquiring new partners for the app, focusing on independent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and food retailers.
- Introducing new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and app.
- Providing initial support to new partners.
- Maintaining activities in Salesforce and tracking goals.
- Collaborating with sales and other departments to expand Too Good To Go's reach in Switzerland.
The requirements are:
- Sales experience with cold calling.
- Enthusiasm for phone communication and outdoor acquisition.
- Authentic, open, and confident approach to people.
- Ability to manage multiple contacts and handle rejections.
- Self-motivation, structure, and affinity for numbers.
- Experience in pipeline management (Salesforce is a plus).
- Fluency in (Swiss) German and good English skills (B2). French is a plus.
