Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Vienna. This role focuses on acquiring new partners for the Too Good To Go app, helping to reduce food waste by connecting businesses with consumers to sell surplus food. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in expanding Too Good To Go's presence in Austria and making a positive impact on the environment.
Role involves:
Acquiring new potential partners for the app, focusing on independent or small chain restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and food retailers within the designated area.
Conducting 90% of sales via telesales and 10% through active street acquisition.
Introducing new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and training them on how to use the app.
Providing initial support to new partners to ensure they effectively manage surplus food.
Maintaining accurate records of activities in Salesforce, emphasizing pipeline hygiene, and independently monitoring goals.
Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to identify potential businesses and increase Too Good To Go's visibility in Austria.
Taking responsibility for the further development of the designated area.
Requirements:
Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving targets.
Previous sales experience, ideally in cold calling, with a willingness to prove oneself daily.
Comfortable making calls to potential partners with the aim of onboarding them.
Authentic, open, and warm approach to people with a confident and proactive demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple contacts simultaneously and handle rejections.
High level of independence, structure, and affinity for numbers, with a focus on transparent and organized tracking of work.
Experience in pipeline management (with Salesforce) is a plus.
Drive to challenge oneself and exceed monthly sales targets.
Enjoys making calls and actively engaging with customers throughout the day.
Identifies with the company's purpose and understands that impact comes with results.
Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2) skills.
