Too Good To Go is seeking a motivated Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Innendienst - Telesales (w/m/d) to join their team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will be passionate about reducing food waste and contributing to a sustainable mission. This role involves acquiring new partners for the Too Good To Go app and expanding the network of businesses offering surplus food at discounted prices.
Role Involves:
- Acquiring new potential partners for the app (100% Telesales).
- Introducing new partners to the concept of Too Good To Go and the app.
- Providing initial support to new partners to ensure successful food waste reduction.
- Maintaining activities in Salesforce and tracking goals.
- Collaborating with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Sales experience.
- Enthusiasm for phone-based communication.
- Authentic, open, and confident demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple contacts and handle rejections.
- Self-motivation, structure, and affinity for numbers.
- Experience in pipeline management (Salesforce is a plus).
- Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2) skills.
