Job Description
Landor is seeking a Brand Performance Manager to join their Dubai studio. This role involves supporting Landor's strategic and creative efforts in the Middle East, contributing to the Brand Performance offering. The Brand Performance Manager will harness data and insights to support the development of meaningful brand strategy and design for a wide variety of global consumer and corporate brands, linking brand to business outcomes.

What this role involves:
  • Employing research and analytical techniques to answer key business questions.
  • Managing the execution and delivery of Brand Performance projects.
  • Structuring, analysing, and synthesising data to generate actionable outcomes.
  • Supporting the evolution of Landor's offer in the Middle East.
  • Acting as an advocate for Brand Performance and building team credentials.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Experience in Brand Performance, Market Research, or a related field within the Middle East.
  • A passion for brands, audience & market trends and commercial impact in the Middle East.
  • Experience translating insights from research and data into actionable recommendations.
  • Extensive experience working with applied statistical methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with social media and search analytics platforms and/or DIY research tools.
  • An understanding of Middle Eastern business culture.
