Design Director - Corporate

Landor is seeking a Design Director (Corporate) to join their Global Design Studio in India. This role requires a highly creative and technically skilled individual who can confidently assert ideas and engage with clients and teams. The Design Director will challenge briefs, probe project goals, and ensure designs align with the brand's vision and consumer needs. Proficiency in Photoshop is critical for creating detailed mock-ups and high-quality visuals. They must also be comfortable presenting concepts across borders and navigating cultural differences.

What this role involves:

• Leading design teams and creative projects.
• Guiding teams to deliver top-tier strategy and design.
• Collaborating with Creative Directors to establish creative vision.
• Evaluating design options and providing constructive critique.
• Promoting creative thinking and coaching junior team members.
• Developing competitive design strategies.
• Partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver transformative work.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a branding/design agency.
• Demonstrated creative impact and project delivery skills.
• Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat).
• Excellent knowledge of current creative and design trends.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Solutions-driven outlook with an innovative mind.
