Job Description

Coley Porter Bell, a global brand agency based in London and New York, is seeking a Mid Weight Designer to join their creative team in London. The agency, part of WPP, partners with major companies like Formula 1 and LEGO, focusing on strategy, creativity, and design to build immersive brands.This role primarily involves working with FMCG/Packaging clients, requiring experience in creating brands and products from strategy to delivery, and managing product messages and pack hierarchies.What this role involves:

• Supporting Design Directors and fellow Designers to develop innovative creative solutions.
• Conducting conceptual exploration and evaluating design options.
• Developing competitive and breakthrough design strategies.
• Partnering with internal teams and clients to showcase passion for creative excellence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.
• Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of how digital and new tech can be embedded into brand stories.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating creative idea generation and development.
• Excellent creative and design trend knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
