Job Description

Landor, a world-leading brand specialist, is seeking a Senior Designer to join their Tokyo studio. This role involves exploring and conceptualizing design solutions, leading design strategies, and collaborating with internal teams and clients. The Senior Designer will support Design Directors and fellow Designers in developing innovative creative solutions that align with project goals. They will conduct conceptual exploration, evaluate design options, and develop competitive design strategies.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency
• Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating creative idea generation and development
• Excellent knowledge of current creative and design trends
• Ability to build strong working relationships
• Good communication skills
• Native Japanese language skills and strong knowledge of Japanese typography
