Landor is seeking a Strategy Director to join their Tokyo studio. This role involves translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients, applying analytical rigor and creativity to solve complex brand and marketing issues. The Strategy Director will lead work streams and guide the strategy team in analyzing research to generate actionable insights.

Requirements for this position include:

• Experience in brand strategy, brand naming, and creative briefing
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of brands and businesses

• Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
