Strategy Director

Job Description

Landor is seeking a Strategy Director to join their Dubai studio. In this role, the Strategy Director will play a key leadership role in driving the success of Landor's clients. He will develop long-term relationships and become the go-to advisor for executive-level clients. He will act as a strategic advisor, client developer, and team builder, inspiring and leading teams to solve clients’ toughest brand and business challenges. Landor is part of WPP and includes leaders in sonic branding amp, workspace & architectural design experts BDG and award-winning motion specialists ManvsMachine.Role involves:

• Acting as a trusted advisor for executive-level clients.
• Leading teams to develop and deliver high-quality work.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams to understand client needs and develop solutions.
• Leading development of articles/POVs, products, methodologies, and processes.
• Championing best-in-class project and financial management.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Requirements:

• Strong track record of delivering multi-scale, multi-year client successes.
• Strong experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing research.
• Experience in pitching and winning businesses.
• Passion for brands, marketing, design, and innovation.
