Palo IT is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Thailand. This role offers a unique opportunity to maintain, nurture, and grow existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in business development, consulting sales, business consultancy, and entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers in the digital/technology domain.
Role Involves:
- Developing and leading new client engagements
- Creating customized proposals that reflect clients’ needs
- Researching and analyzing market trends and potential solutions
- Identifying and participating in business development opportunities
- Providing strategic and account leadership on client engagements
- Ensuring projects meet client goals and are delivered on time and within budget
- Overseeing account P&L across projects
- Participating in industry events for thought leadership and networking
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/sales in an agency or startup environment
- Extensive knowledge within the innovation, transformation, and digital space
- Experience in leading and developing accounts
- Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Thai
- Team player with a great sense of humor
- Entrepreneurial background and attitude preferred
