Palo IT is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Thailand. This role offers a unique opportunity to maintain, nurture, and grow existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in business development, consulting sales, business consultancy, and entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers in the digital/technology domain.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and leading new client engagements
  • Creating customized proposals that reflect clients’ needs
  • Researching and analyzing market trends and potential solutions
  • Identifying and participating in business development opportunities
  • Providing strategic and account leadership on client engagements
  • Ensuring projects meet client goals and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Overseeing account P&L across projects
  • Participating in industry events for thought leadership and networking

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/sales in an agency or startup environment
  • Extensive knowledge within the innovation, transformation, and digital space
  • Experience in leading and developing accounts
  • Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Thai
  • Team player with a great sense of humor
  • Entrepreneurial background and attitude preferred
