Head of Engineering (LLM/AI)

Job Description

PALO IT is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead their software developers and guide technological capabilities in LLM/AI. The Head of Engineering will develop domain strategies, guide continual learning, and ensure the creation of great products and solutions for customers. This role involves close collaboration with the PALO Thailand leadership team and international colleagues to define and execute strategic goals and innovations.

The Head of Engineering will be responsible for:

• Developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy.
• Mentoring and leading engineers in delivering high-quality code and projects.
• Overseeing end-to-end project delivery and technical consulting projects.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop business strategy.
• Providing full stack expertise and establishing best practices on code quality.
• Designing high-performance, scalable solutions using modern cloud technologies and AI models.
• Gathering customer requirements and creating technical diagrams.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in software development/delivery, digital management, focusing on AI, data, or technology industries.
• Strong software development background with experience in scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Proven ability to lead staff and teams.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills.
